The conditions governing
access to the network.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the R64N website, materials published on it, and any research outputs, documentation, or evaluation interfaces made available to organisations by R64N.

R64N is an organisation-facing research programme. Access is intended for corporates, research institutions, public bodies, AI developers, and comparable entities. Where an individual accepts these terms, they confirm they are authorised to do so on behalf of the organisation they represent, and both that individual and the organisation are bound.

If a signed agreement, licence, or data processing agreement exists between R64N and an organisation, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Access to non-public materials is granted through an access request and is onboarded in waves based on use case fit and operational readiness. R64N may grant, refuse, condition, suspend, or withdraw access at its discretion, including where a stated use case changes materially.

Credentials issued to an organisation are for that organisation's named personnel only. They must not be shared, resold, or made available to third parties, and the organisation is responsible for all activity conducted under them.

Subject to these terms and any applicable licence, organisations may use R64N outputs for internal research, evaluation of AI and decision-support systems, academic study, and the preparation of publications that cite R64N appropriately.

Outputs are de-identified, population-level descriptions of observed human decision-making. They may be used as an empirical reference against which automated decisions are compared, conditioned on time and country as documented in the applicable research overview.

Organisations must not attempt to re-identify any participant, must not combine R64N outputs with other datasets for the purpose of re-identification, and must not use outputs to make or inform decisions about identified or identifiable individuals — including employment, credit, insurance, immigration, law enforcement, or benefits decisions.

Organisations must not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or publish R64N outputs as a standalone dataset or derived dataset without prior written authorisation; must not use outputs to train a model that reproduces or substitutes for the underlying record where that is prohibited by the applicable licence; and must not misrepresent R64N outputs, methodology, or findings.

Automated scraping, circumvention of access controls, security testing without written authorisation, and any use that interferes with the operation or integrity of the network are prohibited.

Human Decision Intelligence is a measurement framework, not a predictive model, a normative standard, or a theory of human cognition. Divergence between an automated decision and observed population distributions is not in itself an error; it establishes a burden of explanation.

Outputs are provided for research and evaluation. They are not legal, medical, financial, safety-certification, or regulatory-compliance advice, and must not be presented as a certification of any AI system. Organisations remain solely responsible for the design, deployment, governance, and regulatory compliance of their own systems.

R64N and its licensors retain all rights in the R64N site, the Resonant Network methodology, the research infrastructure, the outputs, and all associated trademarks, marks, and brand materials. No rights are granted other than the limited use rights expressly stated here or in a signed agreement.

Brand assets provided in the R64N press kit may be used only in accordance with the accompanying brand guide, and must not be altered or used to imply endorsement, partnership, or certification that does not exist.

Publications and materials that draw on R64N outputs must attribute R64N and cite the version of the research overview relied upon.

Decision data is contributed voluntarily by participants under the Resonant Network research protocol. Participants retain control of their own longitudinal decision profile, and R64N does not present identifiable participant trajectories as results.

Organisations acknowledge that contextual metadata is deliberately minimal, that outputs are aggregates, and that R64N makes no commitment to provide participant-level data under any circumstances.

R64N processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with the GDPR and the UK GDPR. Where an organisation supplies personal data to R64N for analysis, a data processing agreement must be in place before any such transfer, and the organisation warrants that it has a lawful basis for the disclosure.

Each party is responsible for its own compliance obligations in respect of processing it controls.

The site and outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R64N excludes all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R64N is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or anticipated savings. Where liability cannot be excluded, R64N's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the organisation to R64N in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or to one hundred euros where no fees were paid.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

R64N may suspend or terminate access immediately where these terms are breached, where continued access presents a risk to participants or to the integrity of the network, or where required by law. On termination, the organisation must cease use of the outputs and, on request, delete or return non-public materials, subject to statutory retention obligations.

R64N may amend these terms to reflect changes in the research programme, our services, or applicable law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and material changes are communicated to partner organisations where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at R64N's place of establishment, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable consumer or data protection law.
